Italian wine festival for the first time in Ho Chi Minh City

On the occasion of the 76th anniversary of the National Day of the Italian Republic (June 2, 1946 - June 2, 2022), on June 3, the first Italian Wine Festival in Ho Chi Minh City was held with the participation of Mr. Enrico Padula, Consul General of the Italian Republic in Ho Chi Minh.

 

Speaking at the Opening Ceremony, Mr. Enrico Padula expressed his joy that Vietnamese people love, and enjoy unique Italian culinary products, including wine. The festival has the participation of 36 famous wine brands in Italy. This is the second wine festival held in Vietnam, 5 years after a similar event took place in Hanoi (March 2017).

 

Coming to this Italian wine festival, attendees had the opportunity to learn and enjoy many high-end Italian wines, discover the unique features of Italian cuisine and culture, and take wine classes led by leading Gambero Rosso wine experts. Besides, the festival is also an opportunity for Italian wine businesses to introduce products, seek cooperation opportunities, connect trade, and expand markets in Vietnam.
